Where can I get information on a specific course, such as pricing and scheduling?

The Ingenix Learning and Development Services online system houses all information. Log in, then use the search function to find the product or topic of interest.

What payment options do you accept?

Secure payment with a credit card can be made online. For other options or to be billed directly, call 1-866-223-4757 to speak with a training manager. In most cases, Ingenix requires a purchase order to bill organizations directly.

Can I hold or reserve a course without providing payment?

How do I review and change a registration?

From your learning account page under "My Learning", view a list of all in-progress and upcoming courses for the next 90 days. Use the action column to change your status. Note: please review the Ingenix cancellation policy prior to withdrawing from courses.

What is the cancellation policy for courses?

For instructor-led classroom sessions, Ingenix will refund amounts paid if we are notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the event. For instructor-led web-based courses, we require cancellation in writing at least two days prior to the event. Self-paced web courses and no-shows are nonrefundable.
