
The Ingenix Learning and Development Services online system houses all information. Log in, then use the search function to find the product or topic of interest.
Each Ingenix product is listed as a separate topic. Under topic, you can search for all courses and events that relate to a specific product. You can also browse by using the topic list. Within each topic, courses are grouped by subtopics and by levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
From your learning account page, select More Search Options > Browse by Topic. Review the many choices and click the topic or product name to expand and show more related selections. At the subtopic level, click a selection to view course details.
From your learning account page, select More Search Options. In the Advanced Catalog Search screen, enter your criteria.
Search Specific Events: Click Learning Event-Specific Criteria and enter search criteria. Select the checkboxes for each Resource to include. Click search to view results.
Save Searches: If you regularly search with the same criteria, you can save your search for reuse. Click Save this Search, name the search, and click Save and Return. Access your saved searches under the More Search Options > My Searches menu.

In most cases, payment is required at registration. Secure payment with a credit card can be made online. For other options or to be billed directly, call 1-866-223-4757 to speak with a training manager. In most cases, Ingenix requires a purchase order to bill organizations directly.
