Using the Ingenix Learning and Development Services System
How do I log into the Ingenix Learning and Development Services Management System?
To log in, you need to first register. If you are not registered, review registration steps on the set up your account page. If you are registered, click on the product training login link in the navigation of this site, or go to http://ingenix.mzinga.com/app/signon.jsp. Then, enter your user name and password. Both fields will be your e-mail address (where your registration e-mail was delivered). Note: These two fields cannot be changed.
How do I navigate my learning account page?
Your learning account page is a dashboard and houses news and announcements from Ingenix, shows your training progress, and links to additional resources. Here are some key features:
My Learning: Shows any upcoming and in-progress learning for the next 90 days. Click on a course to see details. Use the Action button to launch or withdraw from a course.
Announcements: Read news on Ingenix products and services and submit comments to Ingenix trainers.
New: Lists the 10 latest course additions to the Ingenix Learning and Development Services catalog.
My Quick Links: Select this option to access the main sections of Ingenix Learning and Development Services, from assessments to catalog.
Reports: View reports on your learning activities.
How do I review all of my learning activities?
There are two different menus that display learning, each categorized into submenus for assessments, courses and events, and curricula.
View Upcoming and In-Progress Courses: Go to My Current Learning > Courses and Events. This page shows sections for waiting lists, enrolled, and self-based, web-based training courses.
View Completed Courses: Go to My Completed Learning > Courses and Events. View all completed learning activities and print a certificate of completion.
How do I launch a course?
Once you register for a course, it will display in your My Learning screen. To launch a course, click the Launch link in the action column. To launch an instructor-led web session, click the Launch IDL link at the date and time of the course. You many launch an IDL course up to 10 minutes prior to the start time of the course.
How do I complete a course evaluation?
After each Ingenix Learning and Development Services event that you attend, we appreciate your feedback on the course. To access the course evaluation, select Learning Activities > My Current Learning > Assessments. In the action column, click Launch to begin the appropriate evaluation.
