You will have uninterrupted access to your CustomCoder.net application(s) through September 27, 2010. During this period you will be transitioned to the EncoderPro.com application with complimentary bi-weekly training sessions that will cover EncoderPro.com's features, functionality, and content. In addition, an Ingenix representative will contact you to answer questions regarding your current subscription. On September 27, access to CustomCoder.net will be terminated and you will have access to EncoderPro.com for the duration of your subscription.

Will I receive advance notice when CustomCoder.net is going to be terminated?
Your CustomCoder.net application access will be terminated the evening of September 27, 2010. After this date you will have full access to EncoderPro.com. To ease the transition to EncoderPro.com, Ingenix will send detailed communications about the transition process including support contacts, training schedule, and more.
What is EncoderPro.com?

No. The transition to EncoderPro.com from CustomCoder.net is covered through your purchase of CustomCoder.net. In many cases, Ingenix is providing free upgrades to higher level products at no additional charge due to the transition. Your subscription to EncoderPro.com will continue through the term of your CustomCoder.net subscription. Before your CustomCoder.net subscription expires, an Ingenix representative will contact you to continue your access to EncoderPro.com.
Can I access EncoderPro.com before CustomCoder.net is terminated? How do I access EncoderPro.com?
Yes. You will receive a subscription to EncoderPro.com immediately and Ingenix will email you login information for EncoderPro.com. You will be contacted by your Ingenix Medallion sales rep via phone or email with your EncoderPro.com login information. Shortly after you begin using EncoderPro.com, an Ingenix representative will contact you to answer any additional questions.
Will training for EncoderPro.com be provided?
Ingenix will be providing a series of training sessions developed specifically for CustomCoder.net customers transitioning to EncoderPro.com. Training sessions are free of charge and will be conducted each Tuesday and Thursday afternoon through September 23, 2010. CustomCoder.net customers will receive detailed communication regarding these sessions which include a comprehensive overview, explanation, and practical tips for transitioning from CustomCoder.net to EncoderPro.com. In addition, users will learn about the new features, functionality, and tools now available with EncoderPro.com. Is all the content in CustomCoder.net available in EncoderPro.com?
Nearly all the information you are accustomed to receiving in CustomCoder.net is already available in EncoderPro.com. However, DecisionHealth owns some content that is not yet in EncoderPro.com; Ingenix is currently in the process of moving this content. The Pink Sheets, Part B News, and Answer Book information will be available in EncoderPro.com on August 1, 2010. Of course, you will have access to this content through CustomCoder.net until then. During your transition training, you will receive detailed information about where content resides in EncoderPro.com as well as learn about additional features you will now be able to access.
I just signed up for and/or renewed my CustomCoder.net subscription. Do I have to buy EncoderPro.com now?
No. Your recent renewal of CustomCoder.net will be valid for EncoderPro.com through the purchased period of CustomCoder.net with no additional charge. Your subscription to EncoderPro.com will continue through the term of your CustomCoder.net subscription. Prior to the termination date of your CustomCoder.net subscription, an Ingenix sales representative will contact you to continue your access to EncoderPro.com, in most cases, at the same price as your current subscription to CustomCoder.net.
My organization has multiple users on CustomCoder.net. Will they all have access to EncoderPro.com? If so, how?
Absolutely. You will receive an EncoderPro.com subscription, PER USER, for each registered user of CustomCoder.net in your organization. You will be contacted by an Ingenix account representative who will work with you to assign a designated administrator. Your administrator will be able to provide all the users in your organization access to EncoderPro.com. This will also be covered in your EncoderPro.com to CustomCoder.net transition training.
I've received emails from Ingenix Order Confirmations but I haven't placed an order. Will I be charged?
No. You are not being billed or charged for anything. You will potentially be receiving two emails; the first email is simply confirming that you will now be a customer of EncoderPro.com (Order Confirmation). The second email you receive will provide you with login information so you can begin accessing the EncoderPro.com application. These communications are simply confirmation of your new EncoderPro.com subscription and login information. These communications are not associated with any charges to you.
Who is my account/sales representative at Ingenix?
Ingenix will identify whether you have a current account with us. If so, your representative will contact you. If you do not have a current Ingenix representative, Ingenix will provide you with a representative who will have your CustomCoder.net information (including subscription period, subscription start and end dates, pricing, etc.). Your Ingenix representative will provide you with his or her contact information.
